All your questions will be answered in chapter 10, have no fear! But hears a little trivia that is never openly mentioned in the story (but is hinted at in the Prologue): In chapter 6, when Sakurai kisses Aiba? That day was offically the six-month anniversary of their first (mutal) kiss.
As to the smut... it just means they're NOT actually dating when the fics starts. It's basically just smex. >< And I'll see what I can doing about writting some Aimiya. I did enjoy the dynamic of writing chapter 8 and that was nearly Aimiya, right?
